About Wild Pair Bakery

A loaf of fresh bread passed between neighbors. A slow weekend breakfast with family. These simple moments have a way of bringing people together, and that's what inspired Wild Pair Bakery.

We believe natural ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a little patience create something worth sharing. Every loaf is naturally leavened with sourdough starter, made in small batches, and allowed to ferment slowly to develop the rich flavor and texture that only time can create. There are no shortcuts—just simple ingredients and a process that's been trusted for generations.

Wild Pair Bakery is proudly based in Colorado, where weekends are often spent exploring the mountains, wandering local farmers markets, or gathering with friends over good food. That spirit of slowing down, getting outside, and sharing meaningful moments inspires everything we bake.

As a small micro bakery, we're intentionally focused on quality over quantity. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, baked, and packaged with care because our goal is to create bread that's worthy of your table.

Thanks for being here. We hope Wild Pair becomes a small part of the moments you share with the people you love.

Hi, I'm Liz—the founder and baker behind Wild Pair Bakery.

Long before Wild Pair, my interest in what helps people live well led me to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Through that work, I've come to appreciate that wellness isn't just about what we eat—it's also found in the experiences, relationships, and everyday rituals that make life feel full.

For me, baking sourdough brings many of those things together. It's an opportunity to slow down, work with my hands, use simple ingredients, and create something meant to be shared.

When I'm not baking, you'll usually find me exploring Colorado's mountains, tending the garden, or spending time with my husband and our two Shiba Inus. Those same experiences inspire the way I approach Wild Pair: with patience, intention, and an appreciation for simple things done well.

Thank you for supporting this small bakery. I hope every loaf becomes part of a meal, a gathering, or a simple moment worth remembering.
